Local Shipping (Jamaica)
Local orders are shipped via Knutsford Express.
Cost: Varies bases on package weight and destination. Customers are responsible for paying the Knutsford Express shipping fee at the time of pickup. Please ensure your phone number is correct, as you will be contacted when your package is ready.
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Pickup: Available at your preferred Knutsford Express branch
You will receive your tracking number once your package is dispatched
Note: For Knutsford deliveries, please ensure the recipient’s name matches their ID for pickup.
International Shipping
International orders outside the U.S. are fulfilled via Jamaica Post (Standard International Shipping).
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing (usually takes 4-6 weeks).
- Tracking available for most destinations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Due to changes in US postal regulations effective August 29, 2025, we are unable to ship parcels to the USA via Jamaica Post until further notice. We are actively exploring alternative shipping methods.
Orders shipping to the United States or Canada may be fulfilled within the U.S. when product availability allows.
