I’m a storyteller, entrepreneur, and creative spirit and wellness advocate with an insatiable curiosity for nature and mindful living. My journey into beekeeping wasn’t just about honey; it was about purpose, connection, authenticity and creating something truly meaningful.

A Beekeeping Journey Rooted in Passion

My love for bees began in childhood, watching my neighbor tend to his hives with quiet reverence. The hum of the bees and the golden richness of fresh honey fascinated me. Though I pursued a degree in Medical Technology and spent years in the corporate world, something was missing. The structured 9-to-5 life left me feeling disconnected from what truly lit me up.

In 2017, I took a leap and enrolled in beekeeping training at MICAF’s Apiculture Unit. The moment I suited up and stepped into my first hive, I knew I had found my calling. By 2020, I left my job to fully embrace beekeeping, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

Bee Sweet Honey was born from a deep respect for nature and a desire to offer raw, unfiltered honey infused with the richness of Jamaica. But this business is about more than honey – it’s about sustainability, cultural authenticity, and empowerment.
