Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any physical or digital products.
If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and order details.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind our quality and packaging. If your order arrives:

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending
an email to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
If approved, we will offer:

Or store credit
We do not offer cash refunds.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party carriers, incorrect addresses, or failure to receive a parcel once delivered. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checking out.
Digital Products
All digital product sales (e.g., downloads, courses, e-books) are non-refundable once the product is accessed or downloaded.
If you experience any issues with your download or access, please contact us for support.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
